- Ultimate-focused carries such as Twitch, Zeri, and Yunara that can immediately attack after casting.
- Good against
- Useful for burst windows and follow-up; its passive loses value if crowd control prevents spending the three attacks.
- When to buy it
- Usually after a damage item, timed around mid-game ultimate fights. Its 45-second proc cooldown is separate from ultimate cooldown.
