Best on: Ultimate-focused carries such as Twitch, Zeri, and Yunara that can immediately attack after casting.
Good against: Useful for burst windows and follow-up; its passive loses value if crowd control prevents spending the three attacks.
When to buy it: Usually after a damage item, timed around mid-game ultimate fights. Its 45-second proc cooldown is separate from ultimate cooldown.
