Good against

Strong against Soraka, Mundo, Aatrox, Warwick, Vladimir, heavy vamp, and multiple healing sources; low priority for only one minor heal.

When to buy it

Buy Executioner's Calling early if healing is urgent, but usually finish Chainsword after one or two core items.
