Miss Fortune Dragon Lane Wild Rift Guide

Who counters Miss Fortune in Wild Rift? The toughest Miss Fortune Dragon lane counters are Vayne, Ezreal, and Lucian. Full Miss Fortune Dragon Lane counters and matchups, plus the best build, runes, and game plan for Patch 7.2c.

Overview

Miss Fortune bullies the Dragon lane from the first wave. Her passive stacks over three hits and then deals bonus damage, her bouncing shot hits the enemy standing behind the minion, and her strut moves her around lane faster than any carry without a dash. Few carries pressure a lane this hard with this little effort. Her rain slows and chips, and Bullet Time channels a cone of bullets that can delete a whole teamfight when nobody answers it. Her game is a simple loop: bully the lane, win the channel, repeat until the Nexus falls. Her weaknesses are the classic ones: no escape, no crowd control of her own, and a channel that is easy to interrupt. She wins by taking the early lane and finding the one teamfight angle where her ultimate goes unanswered.

Strengths

  • Elite lane bully: bounce poke and passive procs pressure the enemy duo from the first wave.
  • Bullet Time deletes teamfights when channeled behind a frontline or a stun.
  • Her strut lets her reposition like a mobile carry without spending a cooldown.

Weaknesses

  • No escape and no crowd control of her own, so hard engage runs her down.
  • Bullet Time interrupts easily: one stun wastes her biggest cooldown.
  • Falls off against hypercarries when her lane lead and fight angles dry up.

Miss Fortune Dragon Lane Counters

Who counters Miss Fortune Dragon Lane in Wild Rift (WR)? These champions beat Miss Fortune in the Dragon lane matchup, with how each one wins. Learn to play around them or ban them in ranked.

  • Vayne: Vayne out-scales you hard: she tumbles out of your bounce windows, her true damage shreds whatever you build, and her late-game dueling beats anything your early bully phase bought.
  • Ezreal: Ezreal pokes from a range your bounces cannot answer, and his blink slips the ultimate you would zone him with. Your strut does nothing about damage that arrives from outside your reach.
  • Lucian: Lucian's dash rotation bursts you between your bounce cooldowns and cancels the strut speed that wins you other lanes. His early game beats yours by a real margin.

Champions Miss Fortune Is Strong Against

Miss Fortune's best matchups in Wild Rift. Miss Fortune holds an edge against these picks in the Dragon lane role, so look to press the advantage and contest objectives.

  • Caitlyn: Your bounce poke reaches her through the minions her headshot game hides behind, and your strut dodges the trap zones that anchor her control. Her range punishes passive farmers, and you are not one.
  • Draven: Draven has to juggle axes inside your bounce range, and every catch he walks toward eats a Double Up. Your strut keeps your spacing while he is locked into his axe rhythm.
  • Jinx: Jinx is at her weakest before the rockets pay off: your bounces chip her at every wave, your strut outpaces her slow movement, and your ultimate punishes a frame that cannot dodge it.

Miss Fortune Dragon Lane Synergies

The best duo partners for Miss Fortune in the Wild Rift Dragon lane role. The Dragon lane is a 2v2, so queue with one of these picks to make the lane and the mid game much easier.

  • Leona: Her point-and-click lockdown holds the whole duo in Bullet Time's cone, and her early all-in matches your Double Up harass. You win most 2v2s on raw damage.
  • Nautilus: Hook, knockup, and ult root targets in place for Bullet Time, and his early lockdown converts your Love Tap trades into kills.
  • Zyra: Roots plus plants plus Bullet Time is a full teamfight combo from two buttons. In lane her poke and zone control let you stack Double Up damage uncontested.

Early Game

Trade from the first wave. Bounce your shot off the front minion into the enemy carry, stack three hits on a target to proc your passive's bonus damage, and let the strut move you between angles faster than their trades can track. The rain covers your support's engages and your own retreats. You out-trade most duos on spell efficiency alone, so turn that into a lead you can spend later.

Mid Game

Your spike is the ultimate. At every dragon standoff, the real question is whether their team can answer a well-angled Bullet Time, and behind your frontline or after your support's lockdown, the answer is usually no. Keep bouncing poke through skirmishes, strut between angles, and treat every fight as a search for the clean channel.

Late Game

Your late game is one well-angled ultimate. Hypercarries out-damage you now, so your value lives in the channel: hold the fight's edge, wait for their engage to commit, and channel from where no stun can reach you. The rain peels divers and the bounces chip sieges. You get one channel per fight and it usually decides the fight, so pick the moment carefully.

Teamfights

Find your angle before you commit the ultimate. Open with bounce poke and rain on the choke, then hold Bullet Time until the enemy's crowd control has been spent somewhere else, because an interrupted channel is a wasted cooldown. The best case is firing from behind your frontline into their committed engage; the worst is channeling first and eating a stun. Everything before the ult is setup, and everything after it is cleanup.
