When Should You Build Lord Dominik's Regard?

Build Lord Dominik's Regard when a physical crit carry needs percent Armor Penetration and bonus damage against high-bonus-Health targets.

Best on: Critical-strike marksmen and ranged physical carries focused on front-to-back damage.
Good against: Excellent against tanks, Heartsteel users, and bruisers stacking both Health and Armor; another Last Whisper upgrade is better when anti-heal or ability slows are required.
When to buy it: Usually third item when enemy defenses come online, but buy earlier if several opponents rush Armor and Health.
