Official Effects

When your attacks or abilities hit an enemy champion, heal yourself and the lowest Health allied champion nearby. Ally: Heals for 1.5% of your max Health + 5% of your Ability Power. You: Heal for 1% of your max Health + 5% of your Ability Power. Cooldown: 15s. Melee Champion gain 130% effectiveness from this effect.
