- Burst mages, roaming mid laners, and poke casters that trigger the Echo proc reliably.
- Good against
- Best into fragile teams and lanes where clearing first unlocks roams; Liandry's or Blackfire Torch is better into several durable targets.
- When to buy it
- A strong early first-item spike. Its flat proc has the greatest relative impact before enemy Health and Magic Resistance scale.
