When Should You Build Stormsurge?
Build Stormsurge when an AP burst champion can remove at least a quarter of a target's Health quickly and then capitalize on Squall and the movement burst.
- Best on
- AP assassins and burst mages with fast, reliable combos.
- Good against
- Best into fragile low-MR targets; weak against tanks, shields, and defensive items that stop you reaching the damage threshold in time.
- When to buy it
- Usually first or second for early snowball pressure, before enemy Health and Magic Resistance make triggering Squall unreliable.
