Camille Jungle
Camille jungle counters include Lee Sin, Xin Zhao, and Jax. See the best build, runes, matchups, and game plan for Wild Rift Patch 7.3A.
How to play
- Farm toward your first item Keep attacking between your 1st ability hits and sweep grouped camps with your 2nd ability. Take exposed ganks, but return to farming quickly if the target is covered.
- Approach ganks through terrain Use your 3rd ability from a side wall when your laner can follow. Keep an escape route if the stun misses or the enemy jungler arrives.
- Trap a target near your team At level 5, use your ultimate to contain a carry your allies can reach. Time the readied second hit of your 1st ability while keeping Smite for a contested monster.

Strengths
- Wall-based gank angles and targeted containment give reliable pick setup with allied follow-up.
- Empowered attacks and Spellblade provide strong single-target pressure after the first item.
- Mobility through terrain helps Camille turn a successful catch into control of nearby camps and objectives.
Weaknesses
- Early invaders can punish her before the damage and durability of completed items arrive.
- Missing the wall dash can remove both her opening control and her escape.
- The ultimate contains a target but does not stop its teammates from attacking Camille inside the arena.
Why this build
Camille is a B-tier jungle pick built around gank setup and item-dependent skirmishing. Trinity Force comes first for empowered-attack damage and attack speed, followed by Sundered Sky to survive the initial commitment. Spear of Shojin supports repeated spell rotations, then Death's Dance and Twinguard provide defenses for the dive. This build spends gold on fighting around the next objective, while regular camp clears keep Camille's experience and Smite progression moving.

Situational choices
Divine Sunderer replaces Trinity Force against a durable frontline; never combine the two Spellblade purchases. Goredrinker replaces Spear of Shojin against several melee enemies, while anti-heal or anti-shield can take that slot when the target's protection is the real problem. Choose defensive boots early against a dangerous invader. Use Overgrowth for the default health scaling, Sudden Impact for planned quick ganks or Perseverance against heavy control.

Camille Jungle Counters
Who counters Camille Jungle in Wild Rift (WR)? These champions beat Camille in the jungle matchup, with how each one wins. Learn to play around them or ban them in ranked.
- Lee Sin: Lee Sin can invade early and follow Camille before her item spike makes a committed fight worthwhile. Keep an escape wall available and contest camps with lane support; his kick can also remove Camille from her ultimate arena and end the trap.
- Xin Zhao: Xin Zhao can close the gap and extend an early melee trade beyond Camille's passive shield, then knock her up before the next empowered hit. Path toward lanes that can move, surrender an unsupported river contest, and punish his ganks elsewhere instead of accepting the direct duel.
- Jax: Jax's dodge denies Camille's empowered attacks, and his leap keeps him close after she tries to reset the trade. Hold the valuable hit until the dodge ends, use terrain to disengage from the stun, and bring allies rather than racing his extended attack damage.
- Olaf: Olaf can ignore Camille's wall-dash stun during his ultimate and sustain through a long close-range fight. Do not rely on one control spell to save the engage; kite with teammates, preserve an exit, and return after his immune window ends.
- Morgana: Morgana's spell shield can deny Camille's opening stun, while a binding leaves her exposed before she reaches empowered-attack range. Approach from an angle with allied support, draw out or break the shield first, and avoid firing the wall dash through a ready root.
Champions Camille Is Strong Against
Camille's best matchups in Wild Rift. Camille holds an edge against these picks in the jungle role, so look to press the advantage and contest objectives.
- Kindred: Camille's targeted arena limits the space Kindred normally uses to kite and hop away during a skirmish. Enter with allies, respect the death-prevention zone, and save the next empowered attack for after that protection ends rather than spending everything into it.
- Lillia: Hookshot (3rd) followed by Camille's ultimate restricts the space Lillia needs to kite with movement speed and repeated spells. Approach from a side wall with allied follow-up, and spread from teammates so Lillia cannot turn the catch into a multi-target sleep.
- Dr. Mundo: Camille's increasingly true-damage empowered attack gives her a useful answer to Mundo's durability once levels and items arrive. Use short shielded exchanges, bring anti-heal when his ultimate is the obstacle, and do not confuse the later matchup with permission to invade unsupported.
- Nunu & Willump: Nunu's committed snowball approach gives Camille a chance to dodge sideways and answer with a wall-angle stun once he arrives. Interrupt or leave his channeled ultimate, then win space before the objective instead of challenging his bite and Smite at low monster health.
- Shyvana: Camille can punish Shyvana's predictable commitment by shielding a short exchange and containing her after the transformation lands. Let teammates provide damage during the catch, then reposition for another empowered attack instead of standing still through Shyvana's sustained attacks.
Early Game
Start Precision Protocol (1st) for a single-target opening camp, then take Tactical Sweep (2nd) for grouped camps and Hookshot (3rd) before contesting or ganking. Keep normal attacks going while the second empowered hit readies. Position the sweep across the camp and move between attacks without pulling monsters out of their reset range. Adaptive Defenses (Passive) requires a champion attack, so do not count on that shield while farming. Path toward a lane with reliable follow-up or priority. Before level 5, take a gank only when a clear terrain angle and an exposed target justify the time away from camps. If the opposing jungler invades with stronger nearby lanes, preserve health, retreat through a wall and collect safe farm elsewhere. Spend the first useful recall on Trinity Force components and reach level 5 without forcing an unsupported Scuttle fight.
Mid Game
Look for a gank once The Hextech Ultimatum (Ult) and your first item are ready. Approach through cleared vision, use the outer sweep to slow when an immediate wall dash would be easy to dodge, and contain a target the laner can damage. Keep the second empowered attack for a moment when it can land rather than rushing past the target toward its tower. After a successful play, help fix the wave when needed and return to camps or the nearby objective. A jungle Camille should not disappear into a long split push while the team needs Smite. Arrive at dragon or Herald with a useful wall angle and enough health to contest the entrance before the monster is low.
Late Game
Stay on the side of the map where Baron or Elder can be contested. A catch on a carry or the opposing jungler can create a safer objective than starting the monster while every enemy is missing. If no isolated target is available, protect your own carry and wait for a diver to commit instead of taking a blind flank alone. Keep Flash or a wall-dash route available when the first target may survive.
Teamfights
Enter after the enemy spends the control that would stop your approach. Hookshot (3rd) supplies the angle, then The Hextech Ultimatum (Ult) holds a reachable carry while your allies follow. The initial cast disrupts nearby enemies, but the arena does not block their attacks or spells from outside. Stay alive inside it, use your passive shield against the target's damage, and time Precision Protocol (1st) between attacks. If the fight happens at a live objective, remain close enough to use Smite rather than chasing a trapped carry beyond the pit.
