When Should You Build Randuin's Omen?

Build Randuin's Omen when critical strikes are a major source of incoming physical damage and you need anti-crit durability plus movement after being crit.

Best on
Tanks and bruisers expected to absorb repeated attacks from critical-strike carries.
Good against
Excellent against marksmen, Yasuo, Yone, Tryndamere, and multi-crit compositions; weaker against on-hit attackers whose damage does not rely on crits.
When to buy it
Usually second or third defensive item, or earlier when a fed crit carry is already the primary threat.
