When Should You Build Cryptbloom?

Build Cryptbloom when you still need percent Magic Penetration but value Ability Haste and a takedown-triggered team heal over Void Staff's maximum damage.

Best on
Utility mages, frequent casters, and AP champions fighting alongside grouped teammates.
Good against
Good into moderate MR and extended teamfights where the healing nova can swing cleanup; Void Staff is better against extreme MR when personal damage is paramount.
When to buy it
Usually third or fourth, once Magic Resistance appears and grouped deaths make Life from Death relevant.
