When Should You Build Frozen Heart?

Build Frozen Heart when Armor, Mana, haste, and enemy attack-speed reduction all fit your frontline's needs.

Best on: Mana-using tanks and control frontliners that can remain within 650 units of enemy attackers.
Good against: Excellent against attack-speed marksmen, Jax, Tryndamere, Yasuo, and Yone; its attack-speed slow does not affect Master Yi during Highlander.
When to buy it: Second or third defensive item, or earlier when one fed attack-speed carry is already deciding fights.
